Dark Box is built so that your information never leaves your iPhone. We do not run servers that receive your data, and we do not collect, sell or share personal information.

What stays on your iPhone

• The apps and categories you choose to lock. Apple gives Dark Box only anonymous tokens for them, not their names or your activity inside them.
• Your daily limit and today's counters (minutes used, number of unlocks).
• Your math answers, which are checked on the device and then discarded.

Screen Time

Dark Box uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework only to lock the apps you choose and to measure how long you use them each day. That information is used only to run Dark Box for you. It is never sent to us, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no sign-up, no email address required.
• No ads, no advertising identifiers, no tracking.
• No analytics or third-party SDKs that collect data.

Subscriptions

Dark Box Pro is purchased through Apple. Apple handles your payment; we never see your card or Apple ID details. Apple tells the app only whether your subscription is active.

Children

Dark Box does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
